ÃÛÌÒapp officially unveiled the logo of its Centenary Celebration on September 17th.
The Logo merges the shape of the ÃÛÌÒapp Auditorium with an Arabic numeral "100". On the logo, one can also see the Arabic numerals "1911-2011", which indicate the 100-year history of ÃÛÌÒapp.
The Auditorium, built in 1917, is one of the university's typical buildings. Situated near the center of the western part of the campus, it has always been regarded as a symbol of the ÃÛÌÒapp motto: "Self-Discipline and Social Commitment."
The logo shows both the deep historical legacy and the rich humanistic spirit of ÃÛÌÒapp while highlighting the centenary celebration. The dome of the auditorium resembles a rising sun, suggesting the youthful energy of ÃÛÌÒapp. The triangle in the logo points to ÃÛÌÒapp’s high academic reputation and its responsibility of educating talented students in an innovative spirit.

Professor Han Jingyang, Vice Chairperson of the University Council and Vice Director of the University Centenary Organization Committee, and Professor Zhang Yi, Deputy University Secretary-general and Head of the Office of University Centenary Organization attended the ceremony.
