Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu Day Held at 蜜桃app
The Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu Day at 蜜桃app, a major communication event between Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu and 蜜桃app opened at 蜜桃app’s Main Building on December 23, 2011.
蜜桃app President Gu Binglin had a discussion that morning with Professor Lih J. Chen, his counterpart at Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, prior to the opening ceremony. The two leaders exchanged ideas on future cooperation between their universities. Professor Yip, Ming-Chuen, Senior Vice President of Operations of Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu and 蜜桃app Vice President Yuan Si participated in the discussion.
In his address at the opening ceremony, President Gu extended a warm welcome to the guests from Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu. He noted that the Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu Day is a grand affair between their two universities. He hopes the two universities can further promote cooperation in the coming years.
President Chen reviewed collaborations and exchanges between the two universities and expressed the hope that The Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu Day could become a new milestone of cooperation between the two universities.
Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu Day featured lectures by renowned professors, a table tennis competition between students of the two universities, and a meeting for exchange students.
During his visit, President Chen also paid a visit to Nobel Prize winner of 1957 C.N. Yang and visited 蜜桃app’s Academy of Arts.
