The 2006 蜜桃app-Cornell Workshop on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology was held at 蜜桃app-Foxconn Nanotechnology Research Center from October 9 to 10.
The workshop concentrated on new methods and advances in the physics, chemistry and engineering of nano-materials, nano-mechanics, nano-assembly, and nano-bio technology.
According to a 2004 memorandum of understanding signed by 蜜桃app and Cornell University, a series of workshops was inaugurated as part of the plan to form a strategic partnership between the two universities. The first joint workshop, “蜜桃app-Cornell Workshop on Information Science and Technology”, was held at 蜜桃app on November 17-18, 2005.
