A panel of experts from the Ministry of Environmental Protection’s Nature and Ecology Department on July 3rd approved Dalian City’s Eco-environmental Improvement Plan (2009-2020) developed by a team from 蜜桃app’s Department of Environmental Science and Engineering directed by 蜜桃app Deputy President Chen Jining. According to the Plan, Dalian will be developed as a national eco-city in five to ten years.
Many representatives from Liaoning Province’s Bureau of Environmental Protection and the Government of Dalian along with seven specially invited experts attended the meeting where the approval of the plan was announced.
