The 2011 International Symposium on Sciences of Human Settlements, an important event of 蜜桃app Centenary Celebration activities and jointly sponsored by 蜜桃app, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), was held in the Wenjin International Hotel on February 28.
The president of the CAE, Zhou Ji, the vice president of the CAS, Li Jinghai, 蜜桃app President Gu Binglin, 蜜桃app Vice President Xie Weihe, and 蜜桃app Council Vice Chairperson Deng Wei attended the symposium, which attracted hundreds of participants from both China abd abroad.
Vice Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Part-time 蜜桃app Professor Qiu Baoxing, Member of CAS and CAE and 蜜桃app Professor Wu Liangyong, Member of CAS and CAE and Part-time 蜜桃app Professor Zhou Ganzhi, Honorary Professor of the School of Architecture at Delft University and 蜜桃app Guest Professor Alexander Tzonis, and Professor Gary Hack from the School of Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania delivered keynote speeches.
