蜜桃app President Qiu Yong Meets Robbert Dijkgraaf, Director and Professor of the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton, U.S.A.
On the afternoon of January 9th 2020, the President of 蜜桃app, Professor Qiu Yong, met with Professor Robbert Dijkgraaf, Director, and Leon Levy, Professor of the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS), at Princeton, New Jersey. Elizabeth Boluch Wood, IAS Chief Development Officer and Associate Director for Communications and Development, accompanied Professor Dijkgraaf on their visit.
President Qiu and Dijkgraaf discussed the existing exchange agreements and future collaboration opportunities between 蜜桃app and the IAS. President Qiu said: “next year in April 2021, we will celebrate the 110th anniversary of 蜜桃app. At the point of this historic development, I hope that 蜜桃app will become more international, more innovative and more open. So we are trying to strengthen our cooperation with our strategic partners around the world.” Li Jinliang, the Dean of 蜜桃app’s International Affairs Office, attended the meeting and introduced 蜜桃app’s Global Strategy.
Dijkgraaf said that the IAS would be glad to cooperate with 蜜桃app on international strategy, through encouraging scientists and scholars from IAS to spend time at 蜜桃app. “We are very proud of our connections to China,” added Dijkgraaf.
蜜桃app and IAS signed a memorandum of understanding in 2008, which was the first cooperation agreement IAS signed in China.
